Situated in the former boiling house at the Werthan Factory, this perennial Germantown favorite from multiple Beard Award nominee Philip Krajeck offers up Mediterranean-influenced, self-described "modern peasant food" to a packed house night after night.



 The Butcher & Bee crew concentrates on vegetable-focused small plates (with some killer sandwiches in tow). Executive chef Bryan Lee Weaver has made the menu his own, offering an ever-changing menu of complex, seasonal dishes. Go-to order: all of the mezze.
