Wednesday Wellness Clinic with Shots, Etc.

Nashville City Center is hosting a Pop-UP for all tenants on Wednesday, August 21st  from 11- 12 pm on the 18th floor. Registered nurses from SHOTS, etc. will be onsite to offer Vitamin B-12 shots for increased energy, greater immunity, less allergies, stress and depression, greater stamina, better sleep, fewer headaches/migraines as well as other important vaccines described below.
SHOTS, etc is now EXCLUSIVELY using a methylated form of the Vitamin B12 that is more readily utilized by the body. If you have tried Vitamin B12 in the past with no real effects, try this NEW form for a couple of months to see and feel the difference for yourself! This is very important for young women with fertility issues or known MTHFR mutations related to inability to breakdown Vitamin B-12. These shots are only $20 and may be taken every 3-4 weeks if desired as a nutritional supplement. Many people who eat little or no beef products are very likely to be deficient and regular Vitamin B12 injections are a convenient answer for this health problem.
Also available will be a limited supply of Tetanus/Pertussis/Diphtheria boosters for all expecting parents and grandparents, outdoor enthusiasts and pet owners as well as Pneumonia vaccines for all smokers and asthmatics and others who wish to be protected. Due to the prevalence of measles outbreaks across the country and now in Tennessee, we will have a limited quantity of MMR vaccinesfor anyone who has not received an adult booster to prevent measles.
The cost for a Vitamin B12 shot is $20, payable by cash or online debit/credit at our website SHOTSetc.com. Please complete the payment process and bring the receipt with you to the clinic. If you have health insurance through the Blue Cross/Blue Shield family of companies, United Healthcare, Humana, OSCAR or CIGNA we can file for insurance reimbursement for vaccines only.
