Capitol Steps Workout

Capitol Steps Workout is a FREE fitness group that meets twice a week at the steps of the Capitol building. This workout includes cardio, suicides and other exercises on the steps for individuals who are beginners, intermediate or advanced in fitness. Meet at the Northeast corner of the Capitol if interested in participating. 

Monday, May 21st: 6pm-7pm
