Barre fitness classes help to develop long, lean muscles without bulk, by combining high reps of small range-of-motion movements. 

The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles). Join our certified instructor from Goomi for a class that sure to give you immediate results. Or at least bring back memories from childhood ballet classes. 

This class is offered on a first come, first served basis.
