NCC is offering complimentary chair massages to tenants in the fifth floor Fitness Center from 10am - 1pm. De-stress before the weekend with a certified masseuse from Green Hills Muscular Therapy.
Spots are limited and massages will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
Cafe 15 will be closed on Friday, August 31st. The popular Friday breakfast will be served this Thursday, August 30th. The cafe will reopen Tuesday, September 4th.

Guitar guru Meg Williams is offering the opportunity to receive FOUR lessons on the acoustic guitar over the course of four weeks for only $70/per person. These one hour group lessons will take place in the JamNasium, so you don't even need to leave the building! Please reach out to email@example.com for details or to register.
If you are a ping pong pro (or just enjoy dabbling in the sport), then sign up for the NCC Ping Pong Tournament! This week-long building challenge will span from May 7th - May 10th. NCC will pair you up with a new partner each day for a series of doubles matches (everyone will play one game per day, time of play TBD based on schedules). Scores will be submitted and tracked per individual player. The final tournament will be the top four players participating in a singles bracket. The winner will be crowned and celebrations will commence.

The JamNasium hours have been temporarily adjusted, and the facility will now only be open from 6am to 7pm. We apologize for this inconvenience, and will send an announcement when the hours resume to 24/7.
The American Red Cross is coming to the Nashville City Center for a blood drive this spring. In an effort to project the most accurate number participants, please submit your name/email HERE if you are interested in donating.

The brand new fitness center on the 5th floor is officially open. If you still need key card access, please download the waiver HERE and return the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once it is received your building key card will have 24/7 access to the fifth floor and fitness center.
Due to the new communication methods the Nashville City Center management team is launching, the need for the Building Boss app has been eliminated. If anyone from your team has a maintenance request, please submit through Angus Anywhere.
